AMD Duron 950 @ 1.1 too hot?

Im running my Duron 950 @ 1.1 GHz with a Coolermaster DP5-6H51. It idles at 46 C and hits 50 C at full load. Is this too hot? I plan on ordering a Vantec CCK-6035D with a Delta 38 next week. Should I just leave it at 1.1 for now or should I set it back down a bit?

Its on the edge, I think if u r stable then leave it.
