How come when I try to edit the User.ini document it won't let me saying acssess denied? I want ot make my own skins, I got all the instructions and Everything and now I'm mad It won't work

Did you make sure it's not read only? Right click, and select "Properties." There should be four attributes on the bottom. Make sure that "read only" is not selected.

Yep, i could only pick hidden archive or read-only at it wouldn't save the changes. It said Acess Denied.
