Serv-U if you dont have a clue about IIS.

If you have half a clue as to what your doing in IIS, go read about a dozen books on security and run that.

As I have stated before, a blind, epileptic monkey w/ a hangover could run IIS, and he'd have to sober up a bit to make it secure.

Security is not terribly hard in IIS, its mostly restricting access to things that you don't want people to get into.

put in one vote for guildftpd it's cheep and easy. And it looks like it has decent security.
