i would start by reading the stickies, peruse the asus mb section, read up on some threads, gain a foundation in overclocking knowledge.

we can help you along the way, but as far as someone just telling you how to do it, i don't think that is possible. every single system is totally different from another, even if the exact same compnents are used.
