is it just me or do they suck!?
it downclocked my 7800gtx's cuz they were 10c over "rated" limit. idle:50c load:80c
also i had to reinstall it twice for the control panel to work.

How do you get over 80C with VF900?

I hate this new control panel.
It's like when Microsoft made 2k 'better' by making everything prettier, but harder to find, with XP.
edit - I also hate the fact that it now appears to be impossible to turn off dual-view if you have the s-video out hooked up to an always-on device. This was possible before. =/
You know you can go unto the menu and select classic view and it will go to the way it always was.

Yes, but that doesn't change the fact that the new drivers don't allow full control over display devices. (Which strikes me as... somewhat important.)
"Yes I know you think a tv is hooked up to the s-video out, but ignore it and just use the CRT. There's a good lil' video card."
Can't do that any more.

I have no problem with temps, 36c idle on my 7800. Definately using classic view.

I installed coolbits today (I just installed XP recently, like 2 days ago) and now I have the option to go to single display.
I still hate that new interface, and am using classic view.
IF IT WORKS, DON'T FIX IT. CHRIST, IT'S LIKE YOU'RE MICROSOFT NOW, nVIDIA.

I use the EVGA drivers; so far, i haven't gotten any problems. Plus i use NVTweak for overclocking and temp management. No problems there either, so i'm pretty happy with my graphics software. Let's hope it stays that way...:)
