I will be ordering my new Conroe setup this weekend and going with a E6300. I want to pair it up with a 965 chipset board. Just wondering what one you guys would recomend and why.
The Asus boards are very nice. Personally, stay away from the Abit 965 boards till they fix the bugs. I built a system for a friend with one, and although the board (AB9 Pro) had a lot of features, none of them worked.
Does that one overclock just as well?
I have the same problem, need a 965 mobo for my e6300.
I've been thinking about this one, can anyone tell me anything about it, its in the 150 range.

i would suggest ording your mobo from either zzf or newegg. as ewiz will ship your board in just another box not much bigger then the box the mobo comes in and they dont use any packing materail. I was just lucky the mobo worked as my mobo box and box used for shipping was dented on one side prolly about 1-2in deep dent on both.
