Recommend Oblivion Settings for x850PRO...

Well...ever since I sold my rig and downgraded (had a 7800GTX) I haven't had a chance to play Oblivion...I'm really missing that game right about now and I'm going to install it. Can someone recommend me good settings for the x8x00 series ? I have my card OC'ed some, won't unlock to 16v sadly. I'm looking for decent frames with decent looks...either that or someone decent frames & looks with high res...thanks !

3700+ @ 2.2ghz (220x10)
512x2 PC3200 @ 220
Radeon x850PRO 600/595

I'm working on the CPU oc...I just fried my mobo then brought it back to life...thank god for distilled water.

im going to have to say for settings some medium and some on high. depdning on resoultion to, if u have high resoultion then id say all medium
