With a roll of duck tape, you can make wire management easy.
If your going to throw away that power supply, ill take it :p

No.
Sorry.
That PSU is equivalent to anyone else's 450W. Certainly not any better than OP's Antec.
Take a look at:
Sunbeam NUUO 550W (http://www.dealsonic.com/sunu55atxsli.html)
Aerocool Turbine (http://svcompucycle.stores.yahoo.net/turbineps550.html) or Zero dba (http://svcompucycle.stores.yahoo.net/zerodba500w.html)
Ultra X2 550W (http://www.xoxide.com/ultra-x-connect2-titanium.html)
Corsair HX520W (http://www.atacom.com/program/atacom.cgi?SEARCH=SEARCH_ALL&KEYWORDS=POWS_CORS)

I would go with the OCZ GameXstream 600, but than again I am a huge fan of OCZ PSUs. They are solid, stable and quiet :)

The Enermax Liberty series is quite nice, too.

There is also a 620w version.

Oh.. Duh! For some reason, I only saw "modular" in your OP and not "sleeved" as that would be an option. Sorry. :eh?:
OCZ ModStream 520W --- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817104155 - $99.99
Modular, but horrible voltage regulation.
OCZ GameXstream 600W http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817341001 - $119.99
Not modular, but decent.
Antec NeoHE 500W ------- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103940 - $99.99
Modular, and decent.
ThermalTake 550W ------- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817153029 - $95.99
TT is a mixed bag. Don't know enough about this one.
Enermax Lib. 500W ------- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817194003 - $109.99
Modular and excellent!
Sunbeam NUUO 550W ---- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817709004 - $74.99
Modular and very good.
Something you need to realize, though.... Newegg has THE WORST PSU pricing and selection. I don't have anything against Newegg, but you'll notice I've linkified my suggestions for modular PSU's and none of them are Newegg links.
ClubIT has that Enermax Liberty 500W for $91.89: http://www.clubit.com/product_detail.cfm?itemno=A6277816&cmp=OTC-fr00g13
And Dealsonic is THE PLACE for that Sunbeam NUUO: http://www.dealsonic.com/sunu55atxsli.html
