can anybody show me how to turnoff memory bleeders in XP?

im not really familiar yet with winXp pro yet and id like to know if anybody has much experience in it to show me what to turnoff and where if possible! i'd really appreciate it and hope i can share some knowledge with others too!!! thanks either way:)

Wel, since WinXp doesnt let you choose which things to install in the beginning, it does it by itself. So, if you never use MSN Messenger or any of those other microsoft programs, you have to delete them. WEll, Microsoft doesnt want you to do that so you cant just go to ADD/REMOVE Programs and click on it and uninstall it. You have to edit a file. Click Here (http://www.wxperience.com/tips.php#2) .
