I'm saying it's weird because I double checked all of my wires and made sure they're all connected correctly and i'm pretty sure it's right. Now what's going on is that when my computer (in sig) is off, but the power supply switch is in the on position, I just kind of nudge it a bit and the computer turns itself on. My hands were nowhere near the power button on the case, so I don't know what's going on. Why is turning itself on from the slightest touch?

when you say nudge 'it' i assume your talking about your psu, and not the switch on the psu or anything. My guess is that the psu is connecting to the case in such a way that the +5v rail (I think thats what goes to the button and tells the psu when its pressed, correct me if im wrong) is coming in contact with your case. This might cause it to ground itself, making the psu think that the power button is pressed. use a voltometer or whatever it is called to see if theres any voltage going through your case when you nudge it.
