P4P800-E DLX BIOS Settings

So apparently after formatting my hard drives I lost all my BIOS settings for my motherboard. I tried correcting some of these values, but I don't remember them all, can you help me? Is there anything else I should worry about, besides these values? In the brackets is the current value I have there.

Pretty sure 64 / 128 is optimum, although that was a few years ago.

That 2.8c will go to 3.5 easily even if its stock cooling.

What are your memory settings?
