new geforce3, now cant overclock?

I just installed a visiontek geforce 3 ti200, into my athlonxp1800 msi system, and now I cant raise my fsb above 133, any idea what the problem could be? PSU maybe?

Could be that the card won't let you? What happens when u raise the FSB?

i raise the fsb, save and exit bios, it reboots, comes into windows i check the meter and its at stock mhz
