I setup dial-up internet on my relatives PC. Everything was fine at first. Now it is REALLY slow. It takes about 1-2min to load google home page !!!
If i close all browsers and all programs the connection icon still shows transmission upload and download.
I am thinking there is some other application thats taking up the very limited bandwith. Virus is possible but not likely since this is a new system install only a couple weeks old.
What is a good program to find out exactly who (applications) is transmitting and what?
ZoneAlarm?
Any others?
