Differences beetwen D975XBX r304 and r305

What are the differences beetween the Bad Axe 304 and 305?

I believe that one of the differences is that they completely removed the ability for people to alter the CPU settings in the bios without doing the soldering OC plug mod. I have have a 305 and it seems to work just fine. I'm in the process of OC'ing right now.
