Well i cant choose between these two psus...
Thermaltake toughpower 700W
Fortron Epsilon 700W

which one do you think is the best????

Between the two? I think the Toughpower.

I think it's the same CWT platform the 750W modular I reviewed is based on.

Agreed. Silverstone's PSU are some of the best. I love my ST56ZF

Well the OP posed a specific question, which is better: x or y.

It is of course true though that an Etasis built Silverstone, a Win-tact built PC P&C or a Zippy PSU would be superior.

I've seen innards pics of the 700W recently containing the same Samxon caps the 750W does, so Thermaltake's going to get my vote too.
