http://www.jonscollectibles.com/Reseller Ratings and Better Business Bureau do not seem to have information about the vendors.

Are these sites OK to buy stuff from?

If nothing else, try contacting them via e-mail, phone, etc. Preferably all ways of contact. That should give you a hint on how easy it will be to deal with them.

Cozy and Comfortable has been in business since Feb 2006, not that this matters for this kind of service or product. Also I don't think they have any merchandise on hand it seems. They just contract it to different companies.
