OK I know double stacking has a considerable negative efect on cooling the cpu...

But what if I were to attach two deltas - side by side and one being slightly angeled to help directional air control... would that be a benefit or would the spacing between them be too big in ratio to the fan overhang on the hs????

does that make sense or did I word it to ''lawyer like''???

or even - two fans, one blowing in on teh side and one sucking from the other side with the top open liek a passive cooler and a copper shim closing the top off to force air through the cooler? and creating a wind tunnel....

so no one has tested this or tried this in any manner?

i have dual 60mm deltas on my vantec, both are blowing straight down ... lowered temps by 4 degrees and my temps barely rise with longterm use. its pretty loud, i've got no sound dampening material and i run my comp w/ one side panel off (still havent gotton around to putting the finishing touches on that mod-job). i would recommend it to anyone (that either enjoys wearing headphones all the time or is completely deaf).

I read that putting two fans together would make the fans fight for the air and would lessen the cooling effects unless you have one spinning counterclockwise and the other spining clockwise right on top of each other:cool:
