1100MHz + DDR2, 2 x 1g 300$ > ?

Looking for some bad a** ddr2 for my 6700 :D

I already have some really nice d9gmh 4 x 512mb. Can do about 530mhz super pi 1mb stable. But I really dont want 4 sticks and need at least 550mhz.

Any suggestions ?
