Im having problems with gigabytes ramdisk, when I shut down my pc it will not hold data. The backup battery is fully charged. Im using high density ram and I suspect that they might need higher volt to not loose data.
I will try and post some photos.

I'm really interested in this idea. I've had exactly the same problem and it's kept me from using the ramdisk (which is quite awesome when it works).

Any luck? Do you think it's a problem with the total voltage of the RAM or just individual simms?

Have you tried lower density ram to make sure its not the board itself?
