anyone know of a utility to remove voodoo files off your computer? i installed a gf3 without removing the voodoo4 files, i screwed up but it was early andi was excited...i cant run 3dmark2001, im thinking the voodoo files are messing things up

in dxdiag under display direct3d acceleration and AGP texture acceleartion are not available

I'm pretty sure you've got your work cut out for you!:) According to your explanation, here's what I would do-

uninstall the GF3 in Device Manager, and reboot. Should be in 640x480x16colors. Then turn off machine, take out the GF3 and put in the Voodoo. Boot up, install the Voodoo drivers correctly, and reboot. Once you see that that you have 32bit colors and a decent resolution back, try running a 3d game or two. If they run ok, go back to Device manager and uninstall the Voodoo. Reboot back to 640x480x16colors, and shut down. Swap the cards back, boot up, and install the GF3 drivers, reboot, and wipe the sweat off yer forehead:)

driver uninstall programs don't seem to work for me- this method is more likely to work correctly. All the good places to download tweak utilities like that have gone belly-up lately anyway, so I don't even know where to get one!

gahh!! thats what i was dreading, in the end its not that really that big of a hassle, ive only rebooted what 50 times today already
