counter strike prob

can get to any servers, its says this steam account does not own this game and it disconnects me. ive reinstalled counterstrike and tryed using a new steam account but nothing work was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this.

apparently this is a problem affecting more than a few people. I was playing today on a 32 person server, and more than half were kicked, and it displayed that same message, must be a steam problem.

Logging out and in again worked for me.
