I get this error every now and again after my computer has been idling. It reboots and gives this error message before letting me login

The SymSet file does not exist in your dbghelp.dll, thus savedump.exe cannot find the entry point. Search around for the latest version of DbgHelp.dll and replace your current one and this should solve the problem.

Do you have anything connected to USB? If so try unplugging it or if a network card or similar connect with CAT plugin.

Okay.. so this is a problem...
After that completely screwed up my windows xp install on my Desktop PC, i gave up and put linux on that computer.
Now, im getting this error on a laptop.
And i know whats causing it.
Pinnacle Studio - which is a video editing software suite
Any idea why that software would cause this error? Pinnacle always seems to screw up this laptop whenver i try to install it, but im in desperate need of the software right now since it wont install on my vista machine, or on my ubuntu machine.
