I'm looking for a free host for mp3/ogg files. Ideally, the downloader would be able to click the link and get the file without any wait times, etc. I would do this with my own ISP, but it wouldn't be in my best interests for the reason I'll state below.

I've heard that a good way to get your story out if you're in a country that violates human rights (especially if it's happening to you) is by setting up your own blog. Going by information for would-be asylum seekers on several countries' relevant websites, I'd stand a chance of gaining asylum on the basis of restrictions on freedom of the press, freedom of movement, "degrading or inhumane treatment" and the clause that if you were to return to your own country, you'd be likely to be persecuted. Anyway, I guess I'm asking about a good blog hoster and the best way to get my message out - my country has a good reputation for human rights, but I live in a "rouge" state that seems to like to follow communism (half the state is on welfare, and from my experience, the state actually encourages you not to work). In my case, if I work, I'm not entitled to receive my earnings.

Our national government isn't set up like the U.S - each state is allowed to make up most of its own laws, and the national government isn't allowed to intefere (had this experience from dealing directly with the national govt and 5 attorneys). Since someone claiming human rights violations in a democratic country is going to come off as a whacko (as I probably am by typing this :P ), are there any blogs set up for people in my position, and what's the best way of getting my message out?

EDIT: If anyone out there sees me as coming across as a nutjob, feel free to contact me for a detailed account of my claims - I must have sent it to over 60 people now and haven't had anyone doubt them.

blogs are yesterdays news, if you want to express an opinion to the masses these days you tube seems to be in favor

The problem with using my isp, is that my username is the same as my christian and surname, "/index of*insert common name here*" sticks out like a dogs' genetalia...
