Good fan for Cely 766

What's a good fan to cool a cely 766 on a slotket (BH6 Mobo), running at FSB 100MHz. If possible, what cfm rating should I go for? Will a noise rating above 22 or so db be too loud?

i have heard the gladiator is good for it, i would however reccomend a heatsink hade out of aluminum and possably with a copper inlay as aluminum is better for intel cpus as they produce less heat. 22 decables is nothing
