Isn't there any 965 or 975 boards from anyone who have been built from the ground up for conroe? Seems like all these boards out were designed for 775 in general and added conroe support in the bios if it was capable?

If not has anyone heard of any coming soon?

I'm not sure why you are asking this? Conroe/Allendale necessitated a few changes with the ICH/MCH. Once that was done, support was a given. Nothing could have been done by a BIOS switch alone (all indications to this point confirm this). If you are looking for a "ground up" board you might say the i965 based boards are as such, as the chipset itself was relased when the Core 2 Duo made its debut.

The 975X boards that were "capable" were made so by design, it reqired and updated voltage regulation standard.
