ok, previously i posted having a peculiar problem w/NFS-pu......whenever i was in "evolution", i could get to the 911/normandy track and my game/computer would lock up and i would have to reset..........happened a bunch of times but i just got a new vid-card (visiontek gf3 ti200) and while testing all games for any new bugz, found this old bug was cured........question is, has anyone else ever had this problem?....my prob is fixed but was surprised that it was the vid card causing it..........

it was not your vid card lee. thats one of the most common problem porsche unleashed has.
many ppl fix it reducing AGP4x to 2x or disabling the fastwrites. no-one still knows what this relates to (at least as far as I know); it would also occurs when running the race backwards at the same elapsed time, always in normandie.

hmmmmm, thanx otto, tried to find out a while back what was causing it, but noone seemed to have an answer...........haven't really done anything different except i have an overclocked AGP slot (overclocked 440Bx board) and thought that might contribute to it................as for weaponx, i play games for fun, not how new they are.........................

I do! I I still love it! I'm tired every damn week getting a new game just to "Stick with the crowd"
