I've decided on the CPU, I need help choosing the mobo

The Intel Pentium D 805 2.66 GHz is the processor my OC prjoect will revolve around. I need help choosing the mobo. I've been using THG's Your DIY 4 GHz Dual Core Gaming Rig For $720 but it's slightly outdated. I want the mobo to be able to reflect the true potential of the processor, regardless of price. Thanks in advance.

well the gigabyte 965p-s3 is a nice board for the price the 4 phase power. will be stressed alot more with "netburst". i would suggest a mobo with 6phase or higher if you plan to keep the 805 for a while. something along the lines of a asus p5b-dlx,asus p5w-dh,gigabyte 965p-dq6,abit ab9-pro,abit aw9d-max. all the boards i listed support c2d.

for the price it a decent board but with the ab9-pro bios getting better. you get more for you money with the abit.
