I have been waiting forever it seems for this to finaly get released.
Even went to our local game store to check to see if they were coming in early but no luck, guess I will have to wait till the 24th. :(
I am so sick of final fantasy this and final fantasy that god let it go already and lets all play something new for a change.

So. Is it shipping on the 24th and ready to get on the 25th or is it going to be available the 24th? I hate how gamestop does that.

Yeah our gamestop said it will be ready to be picked up the 24th.

What do you think will be the better version PC or 360??

Not sure, but I'm gonna pick up the PC version. Mostly because PC and PS2 players can play with eachother, whereas Xbox360 will be on it's own set of servers. I can't see myself playing this on a console, so I'll be going PC all the way :D

I'll be jumping into online play first before single player. Because if it's like PSO, we'll have maybe 2 months of fun online before everyone is hacking.

Does this game inquire a monthly fee? or a guild war-ish great system that doesn't? :)

Google my dear all-knowing friend told me there was monthly fee. Henceforth, to prevent Wowish addiction i shan't pick this game

the game is over rated it good but not nothing i expected. i kinda expected more. This is because the head guy of the pso series had no part in this game. his name are not even in the credits. talk is hes starting his own studio.

A few of my friends want to play so I might jump in. I typically play quite a few MMOs but none of them have lasted more then 2 months for me. I hit max level and then I get bored, doing end game content 10 times a day is just not for me.

I'm getting it because I have 3 other friends purchasing it and I am getting bored with WoW, and Everquest bores me past level 13.

Is there a crafting system in PSU? Anything to do other then questing and grouping?

I was really excited for this game when a heard like several years back it was in the works I loved the first one...since we got dissapointed with PSO Card....then I heard nothing on it...and all the sudden it's hear...I don't know if thats good to minimize dissapointing hype or not. To me since they reworked the engine I thought it would look alot better...but from the screens it doesn't seem all that up to date. Then I heard it was going to be on PS2...that explains why it doesn;t look all that great...yielding to the lowest denomintator. Also it puzzles me why it's on PS2...none of the others were...and the fact that it's not on gamecube is weird since Sonic Team loves the cube. I'll probably get it for PC since I don't have a 360..and I'm not gonna buy a network card for PS2...not to mention it will look the worst on it....plus I can put it on my laptop on my PC...I hope it has good gamepad supprot.
