I just bought a network card. I went through all the steps and attempt to go online. A content advisor box pops up and says I cant view this website because it dosent have a rating. I need to enter the password, but I dont know it. I bought this computer used. I called the guy but he said he didn't remember the password. He set the password in Internet Options under the content advisor. I can't disable it without the password. Please help me erase the password

Man, that sucks. The only ways I can think of erasing it is sifting through your registry, or re-installing your OS. I don't think there are any other ways that would be any discussable here

a thought: uninstalling IE and networking?
then run a registry cleaner app and re-install.
I don't know if it would work, but its an idea.

What about deleting the .pwl file(s)? As a last resort, I mean. Anyone think that might work?
