Should I keep or sell ?

Right now I have 4 512MB DDR2-667MHz D9MGH Teamgroup modules.

They clock very well, 500MHz 4-4-4-4 completely stable, but im afraid I wont be able to get my money back out of them before long.

Should I get some 2 x 1g action ? Or keep the 512 sticks for a few more months ?

If you plan on upgrading to Vista on the current rig that you run 4x512MB I would sell and buy 2x1GB cause you will need remaining DIMM slots for future upgrade.

I'd agree. Sell them while prices are high and maybe get a few bucks more out of them then you would have otherwise.

I would say sell while price is high. RAM is inflated right now, so its a good time to make some cash on stuff you bought while prices were low

But I would hang on to the profits and buy your 2GB kit when prices drop again

(assuming this is extra RAM and not hte RAM in your PC )

Just browsing around, and found a kit thats still expensive, but not as expensive as it should be if you know what I mean

I think Ill go ahead and sell my memory now, and get that kit when it comes down a touch more
