I found a online vendor whos selling it for $225 shipped. But it states this as title

Asus P5W DH DELUXE/WIFI-AP <GREEN> ATX (Core 2 Duo Support) - Retail

My question is what is green? is it a different revision? how is this different from the one newegg is selling for $259

a link would be nice.... you should call em up!

heres a very reputable place to grab your mobo from

http://www.antaresdigital.com/customer/product.php?productid=17241&cat=0&page=1

bought mine from there when the E6600's finally became avaliable... i asked for a 701 bios or higher and they said NO PROBLEM we will make sure you get a 701 or higher bios motherboard.... showed up at my door 4 days later with an 805 bios just like they said amazing company... and as of the moment its

$228 shipped!

I have a P5W DH that I bought from epox a month or so ago and it says the same thing on the sticker. I am not sure what "green" means, but my mobo looks just like everyone elses and every other P5W box I have seen says the same thing.

Same, my P5B-dlx says "GREEN" on the sticker on the box. It's a black PCB though so I dunno what it is supposed to mean.

Means they used environmentally friendly materials, from packaging to the actual electronic components.

As for that particular motherboard (P5W DH DELUXE), they are all GREEN RoHS compliant, weather specifically stated or not.
Check newegg's pictures of the box. The second last logo on the top is the Green RoHS compliant logo.
Newegg Link

cheers.
