Ok I have been reading articles on rounded cables. Some say rounded cables can add to interference to the data. So whats the truth? Those that are using them are you having any problems?

Rounded cables look better, aid airflow in the case, and in every test I've seen on the net, cause no problems at all.

Main reason is to help the airflow though.....:)

i have read that some rounded cables may be more suseptible to interference, mostly due to the fact that some are very long, and they are not shielded.

I have had no problem, but I actually got a shielded one from sidewindercomputers.com, silver mesh, looks cool.

I have made my own as well, no probs.

I think the only way it can cause problems is when you round them yourself and the cable is exposed and is touches another exposed part of the cable-just be careful or buy shielded cables
