The first one gives a lot of options on ways to do it...but the second would have to be mounted externally, or on the top with very little room left.

I've seen someone watercool the Shark, looked awesome with UV reactive liquid.

No, but i have a thermaltake Armor LCS plenty of room in there to to a custom or kit setup.
got 4 hdd
2 dvd-r
and a 240mm rad in the front and there is still room for playing around and sticking your hands in there.
The first one does have ALOT of room, I looked at one at a comp store a week ago. Friggin HUGE
The second one looks like a rip off of a Antec or Chieftec case....:-/
I haven't used either one, but the second one is almost the same size as my custom case except it is a little taller and not quite as wide as mine. I have a PA120.3 mounted in the top of mine, so I fail to see how this case isn't big enough to watercool to your hearts' desire. The first one is very tall, but not very deep, so I would say the second one is definitely the better choice.
