just wanted to put it out there ...
i recently purchased a 7600gs which after 1 week started artifacing, contacted evga for an rma .. np .. was processed and given 1 on the spot. wow
i decided to hold off a bit before sending it in however as i thought perhaps my issue might be because of my psu starving the gpu .. replaced my psu bout 2 wks later and that didnt resolve the issue
then i noticed that the rma had expire ... didnt realize that there was a 2week cycle on it :( ... called evga and explained the situ they said np and extended the rma ... i shipped out the same day ... thursday the 5th ... received confirmation of receipt of the card and that they were shipping a replacement which should arrive monday
all i can say is wow ... way to go evga ... very pleased with thier service
