Duct cooling & fan placement???

If i was to overclock an athlon@800mhz as high as she will go would duct cooling for processor solve my heat prob? I've heard it gets temps down 10ºC but I've never overcloked before. I'm planning to also put an exhaust fan(120mm) at the top of my computer and a 120mm fan in the front. My powersupply fan should compensate for the extra air frum the duct.

Edit:I kind of got off of the point. Would this be sufficient cooling for overclocking my processor?

duct cooling helps, but it is not good if you do not have a good heatsink or thermal paste, get some artic silver.
