How about running cold tap water(from a well preferably) through your waterblock, and to an output source. The diagram in the attachment will explain everything. I had about a page of details but I used too many F****** smilies and it erased it.
This has many good qualities:
1.No need for a pump unless your water pressure frequently drops.
2.No need for a radiator, you always get new
3.No need for a resivoir, heated water can go to your water heater through on-way valves and if your water heater gets full go take a shower, you probably need one:D ,kidding.
Possible complications:
1.Placement, I can easily drill holes in my floor to run piping so its no prob for me.:D
2.Condensation inside your computer on pipes (water dripping off of pipes onto mobo&cards is bad)
I have not tested this idea, i might not have any idea of what i'm doing.
Anyone with input reply even if it is just, "Hey Cool Idea" or "My Godd What an IDIOT! ".
Check out the attachment(16-color bmp) plz.
Thanks...

PS-If you rip me off and sell this idea at least come to my house and install it for me, but watch your back when I come after you with your own drill and pipe wrench, lol:D

What a waste of water.

It would most likely be cheaper and easier to hook it up to a really large tub of water in your basement or some other cool place and have a powerful pump. Or even bury it outside. I think someone has already done that.

The water is not wasted cause it goes back into ur home plumbing.
I don't have enough room under my house 4 a tub,lol :D

But seriously, would it work??? :eh?:

How would you force the water through your water block? There would be no pressure if you piped it back into your plumbing.

The water needs to go somewhere...

He's thinking of a well, not city water. You take the water from the water table, then return it there. Your well pump provides the pressure.

I never gave that much thought, You would have to get a pump and put it in the computer, look at the diagram in the attachment and see if that is OK. The diagram is bmp in 16 colors so it downloads quickly(1-2 secs):eh?:

The problem with the system you've got is that your household plumbing is pressurized. You can't run the water back into the plumbing system unless you have a tap open somewhere.

The other alternative is to run the water into a resevoir of somekind. It's been suggested to use a toilet tank as a water cooling resevoir. Take water from the tank, run it through the waterblock and dump it back in the tank. Everytime someone flushes you get rid of the warm water and get fresh cold water.

Interesting idea.

Flounder is right if you have two pipes and one has resistance most of the water will flow through the other pipe, look at this quick diagram(16-color bmp) attachment.
The attachment shows how to fix this w/ a valve or pump

The resivoir could also be a hot water heater like I had in the first attachment. Toilet is a good idea though, hot water can keep the seat warm:D  ,lol. But it might really work, at my house our water heater runs low all the time cause of a big family(a lot of clothes, showers, and dishes which all uses hot water) so water heater resivoir would work well.
Just curious, can everyone see my attachments???
