DDR2 for ~$20

so i was wonderin, ddr2 is cheap whats a good stick thats about $20, size not matter i am lookin for some to test a mobo and a P4EE i got from my uncle, looking for compatability for a fatility board mostly (i hears it had problems with some stuff)
