I want to ask what other ways I could try overclock my PC? And here is important details about it:

Motherboad: ASUS A7V (variant with all DIP switches);
CPU: AMD Duron 750 MHz (stock speed);
COOLER: Titan (up to 1.8 GHz);
HDD: Fujitsu ATA66, 7200 RPM, 2 MB cache;
RAM: 256x2 pieces (133 MHz, simple, not mushkin or kingston ones ) and 128x1 piece (133);
Video: GeForce2 MX/400 64 Mb SDRAM;
Audio: Sound Blaster Live! Value

I've overclocked my CPU to 950 and it is stable (100*9.5), well but when I try to lift it to 1000 Mhz, and run Quake III loop test, the PC reboots it self (100*10). I set voltage to 1.85V, and I don't even know what else I could do. Maybe I should keep my case open? Does hot air inside plays important role in overclocking? Or should I buy case-cooling equipment (one which pulls out hot air)? Or maybe it is because of RAM (Should I buy Kingston or Mushkin)? Or should I set RAm's voltege higher (I tried to do so, but ... I think it is no diference)? Or maybe when I changed my cooler I put too little conductive-paste o Duron chip?

I'll be very thankful if you could help me.

I fyou don't have any case fans, get some. I would suggest a 80-92mm fan in the front pulling in cool, fresh air. Then a 08-92mm in the rear or top pulling out hot air. This helps the heatsink perform better.
Here is a how to for cutting blowholes;

The panaflow 24cfm 80mm or 42cfm 92mm are great choices. both are fairly quiet and efficient.
