7v?

How do you run a fan at 7V? I've seen a few people do it, and I remember seeing how to do it a while back... just forgot. I'm assuming undervolting a fan isn't bad for it...?

I don't think it is bad for the fan...In fact, it probably prolongs life because it is not running on as much juice...

Undervolting isn't at all a problem for electric motors, it's basically how rheostats and temperature controllers work anyway (through the law of potential dividers).
