What's a good fast wireless network adapter?

I'm looking for a very capable wireless network adapter and that has speeds in real life of at least 100mbps, either PCI or USB will do any ideas...

There is no standard for 108MBps wireless devices yet.

Enhanced 54g? with SuperG/XR technology?

Or a pre-n (802.11n) router?
