Where to get free linux...

Where can I download a free copy of Linux that I can run from with in windows. Or, I can dual boot. And how do you stop windows from automaticly starting everytime you start your computer other that holding down the ctrl key???

It takes a bit of looking, and it isn't the easiest thing to set up a dual boot...

You can get free linux in a lot of places, do a google search. I got mine from redhat.
