Any speed tweaks for XP

I have currently have installed speed2k for my 2k partiton as it shows the fastest results. But i have been unable to find a good one for XP, anyone got any modem tweaks, using ROadRunner Cable

Have you tried the DSLReports Tweak Forum?

They might be able to help you out -- stay away from speed patches, they can really goo up your registry.
