PQI PC4000 2x512mb DDR 500 TCCD

Was wondering how much I could get for a matched pair of Samsung TCCD 512mb x 2 sticks. I am not trying to sell them here but I have been unable to find pricing for these sticks.

You could probably get $125 for the set. Most major manuacturers have stopped selling TCCD modules.
