After reading around I realized the importance of a good PSU. Time for the Rosewill to go. AS you can guess by the fact that I have a Rosewill, I am on a tight budget. Right now this is what's in my case.
Biostar Geforce6100-M9
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ ClawHammer Socket 939 CPU -no OC yet ;)
Seagate 160GB SATAII
LITE-ON Black SATA Combo Drive
2 Sticks DDR = 1.5 GB
Cooler Master Aquagate Water Cooling System
FDD
Radeon X300SE PCI-X
3 80 MM Fans

I need help figuring out what to put in here. There probably won't be much added to this later, but I want to be able to OC and not blow anything up. Noise is not really an issue. It's already pretty loud. No side window so I don't really need modular either. I just need a reliable steady power supply that has enough to power my rig!
Thanks in advance.

i'd suggest a 500w OCZ.

I was hoping to go cheaper than that. I don't really have more than $80. Preferably less than that. Thanks though.

What about the Sunbeam NUUO 550W - $75
JonnyGURU gave it a pretty good review.
Would the 450 W($55) version be enough, or do I need more?
Is there anything CHEAPER?

The Sunbeam NUUO 450 watt would do just fine. In fact you could do with even less so long as you stick with a good name. You're video card draws next to nothing =)

Since you don't need modular how about a high efficiency workhorse

Enhance 400 watt (http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=PS-E5140GH) - $58

That will give you some headroom as well if you upgrade to a video card that actually draws more than 20 watts.

I went for the Enhance. Looks good to me. Thanks
