Vid card bios flashing?

I don't really know if it's possible, but am I able to flash the BIOS on my Diamond Viper TNT2 Ultra?
If it is possible what sort of things will it change and is it really worth it?
I'd like t get a better video card but I can't afford it at the moment so I'm hoping to get a performance increase if it's at all possible?

Also does anyone know if there is a video card overclocking program other that Powerstrip and TNTCLK. (tntclk won't work with win2k for me?).
