PCmark Does not work !!!

I did everything it said to do with the media coder 9 setting to adjust for best performance. I run the test it does a bunch of stuff then tells me i need to run the suite to get a score :-/ What could I be doing wrong? Why can I not get this to work :bang head

for me i run the quick test, get a score, then i run the suite, all except custom, and it will give my components their score, and update the previous overall score if it has to :)
