Anyone have any experience RMAing direct back to OCZ? I have a bad stick it turns out, two months after the purchase.

I have, and after I was able to actually find out what the RMA process started, it owned. Got my replacements in about a week (I overnighted my sticks). PM steveOCZ here on the forums. He can point you in the right direction for the RMA process.

Once. A stick of GX3500. About a week total turnaround time. Zero hassles.

OCZ FTW.

OCZ has an Excellent RMA and Assistance Dept.

Very Quick turn around and very few hassles if any. :)

Yes, they are and It took me 15 minutes drive to pick up. :)
OCZ really stand behind their products

I dealt with OCZ with the VX modules that seemed to die very fast. Their RMA service is fantastic.

I RMA'd two sets of the VX stuff with no problems, and when the VX was discontinued, they sent me a set of PC4800 plats. I nearly shat myself.

I would not hesitate to recommend OCZ products and service to anyone.
