Unstable system

Hey guys my system was stable with prime before i watercooled it know i can seem to pass the first test? i narrowed it down to memory problems but again everything was fine before. Could it be the chipset cooler?

AMD mobile 2500+ @200X12-1.85V
1G OCZ DDR400
120g/320g hdd
6600GT 128M
Koolance ext. watercooling kit
Storm 2 cpu block & chipset cooler

Could be. Pop it off and see if it was making decent contact. If the northbridge gets too hot, the memory will go unstable.
