Don't let this happen to you.
I bought some memory from memorysuppliers.com, it did not work.
I returned it, they sent "new" memory, it did not work. I returned it.
I asked for my money back. That was three weeks ago! Even though I got an e-mail a week ago saying my refund would "post today", I still don't have my money. Now they tell me they can't find any record of receving the memory I returned, they want a tracking number. I DON'T HAVE a tracking number, I sent it REGULAR MAIL!
We will probably end up in court over this! Stay tuned!

That really does suck.

However, you should NEVER return through a shipper that doesn't supply you with a tracking number or at least a delivery confirmation.

Standard mail is cheap but in cases like this it doesn't pay to be cheap.

Hope it all turns out well for you nevertheless.

Somehow I'm not surprised. They're a branch (if not just a rename) as www.premiersystems.com . Wow, a whopping 2.8 on reseller ratings. Sorry for your loss, and I hope you get things straightened out.
