well i did a cold reboot and it seemed to have gone away, I think the clox settings in riva tuner where not returning to stock even when i selected no oc. They didnt move.

Don't use riva tuner to OC this card! Download coolbits and use the Nvidia Control panel. Also, these cards get extremely warm so I wouldn't keep it OC'd with just the stock cooler. I have a 120mm fan blowing on mine to help keep it cool, hence the watercooling that will soon be at hand.

The 91.47 drivers have a conflict with rivatuner, its not reccomended at all. Are you monitoring your temps? AS5 it yet?

HA, yeah those drivers really dont like riva tuner.

Yes i as5ed it and the max temp that the inner gpu hits is like 72, the other core never breaks 68. With full load.

Well its not riva tuner,, the only other componet ive added to the system was A Razor Copperhead mouse. which i unplugged last night before the reboot that fixed the issue. I plugged the mouse back it and bam the flashing is back.... So i went to razors site and updated the drivers... still no change.

tried the mouse with no drivers and stiil the same results.... wounder if i down grade my vid drivers....

UPDATE
LOL its not the mouse its not the drivers or riva tuner. When i AS5ed the board i didnt seat the lil riser pcb that connects the cards correctly.
